Water is used by the body to help flush out toxin and waste products from the body. So the best time to drink water actually two hours before  exercise. HABITS Drink a glass of water, with each meal. All around the wold, social media has become a part of our every day lives. Use it to keep in touch with others. To comunicate. To get our news. Even to learn languages. Be aware of what we do and how we use social media in our free time. We live with distant people for a while through social networks and we forget those around us. Limit time every day because  lot of time hurts as much as physical and mental. Be cautious in social networks do not accept strangers try not to see things that harm our feelings. Please do not use the phone before sleeping the brightness of our phones can disturb your sleep. Do not waste your free time on social networks better enjoy your free time with your family. If you are sad or depressed  disconnect from social media.  We have to be very careful not to let social media control our lives and become an addiction.
